Are you sitting on your problems? Getting help can make the difference between using your energy to .bottle up your feelings or freeing it to help you grow and participate in the way you desire.

Our counselors bring a wide range of disciplines and mental health experiences and the common desire to help women heal themselves.

GROUPS

Custody Conflict Support Group: For women dealing with the trauma of child custody. 6 Tuesday evenings 8:00-10:00, beginning March 4.

Personai Growth: Opportunity for women to identify and to act in areas of personal change. 6 Tuesday evenings, 8:00-10:00, beginning January 22.

Personal Growth for Women Over 40: From the special perspective and special needs of women over 40. 6 Monday evenings 7:30-9:30, beginning January 28.

Advanced Personal Growth: A group for women who have had previous group experience. 6 Wednesday evenings 7:00-9:00, beginning February 13.

Prostitution as Women's Work: Support group for women who have in the past or now earn their livelihood as prostitutes. Confidentiality insured, as in all our groups. 6 Friday afternoons, 1:00-3:00 p.m., beginning January 25.

Divorce Support Groups: For women who are considering, are in the process of divorce, or are recently divorced. We will focus on the emotional aspects common in divorce and develop practical steps toward independence.

Location: Unless otherwise arranged, groups meet at our office, 2420 South Taylor, Cleveland Heights. Fees: Fees are based on a sliding scale depending on your income. A nonrefundable minimum deposit of $5 is required one week in advance to secure a place in a group. Your fees will be discussed when your registration is confirmed.

Oven Productions is pleased to present the fifth annual Variety Show on Friday, February 22, at 9:00 and Saturday, February 23, at 8:30 p.m. As in the past two years, it will be at The Church of the Redeemer, 2420 So. Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights.

For those of you who don't know what a Variety Show is all about, it's a sharing of talents and ideas in a women-only production for a women-only audience. Welt over 100 women have written and presented acts ranging from comic spoofs on ballet,

movies and soap operas to serious music in classical, folk and jazz.

It's all there-comedy, music, dance, poetry-and this year should be no different. Of course, it's not all play. Most acts require rehearsal twice a week. That's a lot of time, but most things worthwhile require energy. And when it's all over you know that you had so much to do with making yourself and others feel so good.

And if that. isn't enough, there's the exhilaration
